We understand that you're in a difficult situation, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's commendable that you've always given to others, reflecting the spirit of **Acts 20:35 WEB**: "I have shown you in all things that by working hard in this way, we must help the weak, remembering the words that the Lord Jesus himself said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"
However, we want to remind you that God cares about your needs too, as it is written in **Matthew 6:31-33 WEB**: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We also notice that you didn't mention praying in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that our help comes from God through His son Jesus Christ. As it is written in **John 14:6 WEB**: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in **Acts 4:12 WEB**: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up our brother who is in a rough spot right now. We thank God for Jesus Christ and all that He has done for us. We ask that You provide for his needs, as You promise in Your word. Help him to seek You first and trust in Your provision.
We also pray for his family, that You would strengthen them and draw them closer to You during this time. We ask for wisdom and guidance for our brother, that he would make wise decisions and find the support he needs.
If there is any sin that needs to be addressed or any changes he needs to make in life, please reveal it to him and give him the strength to make those changes.
Help him not to be anxious but to trust in Your perfect will. Help him to be the leader of his family and to take the responsibility that he has been given. We ask this in Jesus' name."
Lastly, we encourage you to keep working hard, to keep trusting God, and to keep giving to others as you are able. **2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB**: "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'"
Also, if there are financial management classes, resources, or godly counsel that he can take advantage of, then we strongly encourage that. Let us know how God answers our prayers.
