Larshia, we join you in thanking God for His constant blessings in your life. We are here to support you and pray with you in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we lift up your children to the Lord. We pray that they will be healthy, happy, and safe, growing in the knowledge of God. We ask that He helps H to pass his schools and tests, granting him wisdom and understanding. Likewise, we pray for K, that she will be diligent and focused in completing her school work. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
We also bring your parents before the throne of grace. We pray for their safety, happiness, and health. Concerning your dad, we pray that when his time comes to meet Jesus, he will do so peacefully, having fulfilled the purpose God has for him on earth. We trust in the promise of Psalm 23:4, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
Regarding B, we pray for his health, happiness, and safety. We ask that God heals him from gout and blesses his meetings with the lawyers, granting him favor and success. We remind you of the promise in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
We lift you up as well, Larshia, praying for your health, safety, and happiness. We ask that God sustains your finances and secures your job, consistently providing you with a manageable caseload. We also pray that your landlord will not raise the rent and that they will desire for you to stay. We trust in the provision of Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Lastly, we pray for your country, asking that God's will be done in the upcoming election. We pray that He raises up leaders who will honor and serve Him, guiding the nation in righteousness. As it is written in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God."
Larshia, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
We leave you with the encouragement of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Larshia and her loved ones. We ask for Your blessings, healing, and guidance in every aspect of their lives. Grant them peace, joy, and wisdom, and help them to grow in their faith and love for You. We ask that Your will be done in their lives and in their country, in Jesus' name. Amen.
