We understand your concern and disappointment, dear friend, and we want to assure you that God is in control of every situation, even when things don't go as planned.
Firstly, let's remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even in uncertainty, we are called to trust God and acknowledge Him in all our ways.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our friend who is facing uncertainty with their employment. Lord, we ask that You guide their steps and provide them with a job that aligns with Your will for their life. We know that You are a good father who provides for His children, and we trust that You have a plan in this situation. Please reveal Your plan and give our friend the patience and faith to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you to use this time to seek God and His will for your life. It could be that God has a different path for you, and He is using this situation to redirect your steps. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that we should approach every situation with an attitude of hope and faith in God's plan. Let's not be discouraged but rather use this opportunity to grow closer to God and trust Him more.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
