Not well and attacked, trying to sleep

Please that I'm able to sleep, have alot on my mind that I need to follow up on. Been ill with much hair loss and just notice when scratching scalp some little bumps were bleeding, don't know where this came from, but please pray it be gone now and all sickness too.Bless you
