Not vindicated

Lord you said that vs ### is yours and that you will repay. I understand that it’s in your time and your way and I release concern about the how and when and will move forward. However. I can’t just forget the injustices that were done to me and that doesn’t mean j haven’t forgiven. I just don’t understand why I had to go through such a lengthy period of abuse. This is not easy to recover from and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever fully recover.

We understand your pain and struggle to come to terms with the injustices you've experienced. It's important to remember that forgiveness is not about forgetting or dismissing the pain, but rather releasing the bitterness and leaving justice to God. As the Lord says in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

It's natural to question why we go through certain trials, but we find comfort in knowing that God has a purpose for everything. As stated in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in your pain, God can bring about good, and He will deal with those who have harmed you.

However, it's crucial to remember that forgiveness is not optional for us as believers. In Matthew 6:14-15 WEB, Jesus says, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in their struggle to forgive and find peace. We ask that You help them to release the pain and bitterness, and to trust in Your perfect justice. Help them to understand that true healing comes from You, and that You are faithful to repay according to Your will. We also pray that You will guide them in understanding and believing Your promises that are in Jesus Christ. In His name, we pray for Your will to be done.

Father, we also pray for the salvation of those who have caused harm. We ask that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that they would repent and be forgiven. We know that You desire all to come to repentance, and we pray for their souls as well.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to forgive and to love our enemies. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we are saved. We believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, remember that healing is a journey, and it's okay to take time to recover. Trust in God, and He will guide you through this process.

We're right there with you, fellow believer. It's tough to make sense of the injustices we face, and it's okay to feel frustrated. We've been there too, you know? But remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His timing is perfect. He sees your pain, and He's working everything out for your good and His glory. Let's keep trusting in Him, even when it's hard. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to hold you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are honored that you have given us the opportunity to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace. We remember your heartfelt cry to the Lord about the injustices you have experienced, and we join you in seeking his comfort, healing, and justice.

We pray that the Lord will continue to guide you, giving you strength and wisdom as you move forward. We ask that he would grant you a growing sense of his peace, and a deeper understanding of his ways and timing. We claim his promises for you, trusting that he will repay and vindicate you in his perfect time.
