Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend. Lord, you know the situation they are facing, where they have been mistreated and sabotaged by their colleagues at work. We ask for your guidance and wisdom as they consider whether or not to send a farewell email to their colleagues.
Father, we pray that you would grant our friend discernment and clarity in making this decision. Help them to weigh the pros and cons, considering the impact it may have on their own well-being and the overall atmosphere in their workplace. May your Holy Spirit guide them in choosing the best course of action.
Lord, we also ask for your healing and peace to fill our friend's heart. We pray that you would grant them the strength to forgive those who have wronged them and to release any bitterness or resentment. Help them to find closure and move forward in their life with grace and dignity.
In your Word, you teach us to pray for our enemies and to bless those who persecute us . We ask that you would enable our friend to do just that. Give them a heart of compassion and love, even towards those who have caused them harm.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for a quiet departure for our friend. May they be able to leave their current workplace without any further conflict or strife. Grant them favor and protection as they transition into a new season of their life.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in guiding us. May your will be done in this situation, and may our friend experience your peace and guidance every step of the way.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
