Not short enough!

We read,Woe to the Earth and to the sea because the devil has come down to you having great anger knowing he has a short period of time"I believe,with all the craziness happening now,and things seemingly speeded up,that's what's happening.BUT..to me it's still hard to deal with,because it's so out of my own pace of dealing with things that it's overwhelming.(especially if they're problems,which were more spread out in the past when the devil had more "time".For strength to deal with this,or for God to shorten the devils time more and get it over with already.

We understand your concern and the sense of overwhelm as you see events unfolding rapidly around you. The scripture you referenced is indeed from Revelation 12:12, "Woe to the earth and to the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has but a short time." It's important to remember that while the devil may be active, his time is indeed short and his power is limited by God's sovereign will.

As believers, we are not to be overwhelmed or live in fear. Instead, we are to be vigilant and sober-minded, knowing that the end of all things is at hand, therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers. God's word tells us, Above all, take up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the fiery arrows of the evil one. As it is written,"Be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. First, let's pray for strength and wisdom for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world. We know that your word assures us, God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Please grant them the strength and wisdom to navigate these times, and help them to fix their eyes on you, the author and perfecter of our faith. Lord Jesus in your name we pray, Amen.

Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He is in control of all things including the devil's time. Instead of focusing on the devil's agenda, let's fix our eyes on Jesus, trusting that He will work all things together for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

It's also important to remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We will not be saved because of our actions but by believing in the name of Jesus Christ.

Let's also put on the full armor of God, so that we can take our stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

We encourage you to meditate on God's word, trust in His promises, and rest in His peace and we are here with you praying, encouraging, and trusting in Jesus name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, lifting up your spirits before the Lord as you navigate these challenging times. We are honored that you have shared your burden with us, allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We are witnessing the world's turmoil, and it is clear that the devil is active, knowing his time is short. Yet, we serve a mighty God who is not bound by time and who offers us strength and peace in the midst of overwhelm. Resist fear. God has already assured our victory

If you have experienced breakthrough and found strength to deal with the overwhelm, we would love to hear your praise report, giving glory to God for His faithfulness. If the battle still rages, please don't hesitate to share an update, so we can continue to lift you up and petition the Lord for His intervention and for the shorting of our enemies time.
