Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Ilmararvelis, who is seeking your help in finding a better job. Lord, we acknowledge that age should not be a limiting factor when it comes to employment opportunities. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 92:14 that even in old age, we can still bear fruit and remain fresh and green.
We ask, Lord, that you would open doors for Ilmararvelis and guide them to the right job opportunity that aligns with their skills, experience, and desires. Help them to overcome any obstacles or biases related to their age, and let their qualifications and abilities shine through.
We pray, Lord, that you would grant Ilmararvelis favor with potential employers and grant them wisdom and discernment in their job search. Strengthen their faith and remind them that with you, all things are possible, as stated in Matthew 19:26.
Lord, we also ask that you would provide encouragement and support during this time of waiting and uncertainty. Help Ilmararvelis to trust in your perfect timing and to remain steadfast in their faith. Surround them with a community of believers who can uplift and pray for them during this season.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
