No noise from neighbours.
Good sweet sleep.
No stomach acid issues (acid reflux) or diarrhea.
No nervosity, tension,
Normal peaceful heartbeat.
Relaxed body, mind, heart.
Tomorrow morning on time fir work.
No lateness of the train...

My period to stop.
Because i had to often 3 last periods.
Also no excessitve period but moderate because the 2 last one were very excessive for couple of days.

No diggestive issues.
No tension.
No stress.
No high blood pressure.
No pulsating in my ears.
No back pain, or...
