Noisy neighbour, it is late

It is 11 pm and my neighbour upstairs just came into his apartment. He is walking so loudly. My condo is trembling from his loud walk. Please pray that peace of God will fall upon him in Jesus name. And that every evil spiritual being or force will be removed from my environment. Amen.
