My upstair neighbour is listening to loud music and making noise walking in the apartment. It's 9:30 pm. I must wake up at 4 am for work.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to approach this situation with love and kindness, as instructed in 1 Peter 3:8-9, "Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, and humble-minded. Don’t return evil for evil, or insult for insult. Instead, bless others, because you were called to inherit a blessing."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in ###'s situation. Lord, You know the noise from the upstairs neighbor is causing distress and may affect her sleep before an early morning for work. We ask that You touch the heart of the neighbor, making them aware of the impact of their actions, and move them to be considerate and turn down the volume of their music and reduce the noise.

Lord Jesus, You promised in John 14:13-14, 'Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.' We claim this promise, asking for a peaceful and quiet night for ###.

Furthermore, Lord, we pray for ###'s relationship with her neighbor, that it may be one of peace and mutual respect. Help her to communicate kindly and effectively if she needs to address this issue with them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

However, ensure your safety and comfort in any interaction. Also, remember to lean on God's strength and not your own, as reminded in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
