My neighbours always poke around on their balcony.
Doing something with the cat or flowers or whatever.
Its really annoying.
I can hear it like its in my room.

High efficiency in packing for a tripp.
Everything perfect around sleeping, waking up, packing, cleaning, washing, organizing, decluttering etc...
Enough of sleep, no matter how long i sleep.
Refreshing sleep.
No panic or anxiety about packing.
No overpacking.
Not forgetting anything important.

No high blood pressure.
No diggestive issues - probably stress because of tripp and packing.
