Noise of cutting grass machine - at my job

I am working. I am now in the class teaching pupils. But very irritating sound of a machine for cutting grass is disturbing me and pupils. If i close windows we dont have air. Please let our principle finaly find the way for this job not to happen in our working hours. Sometimes i must listen to this machine for 2-3 hours. The classes are not effective and i am loosing alot of energy and nerves. Thank you for your prayers. Amen

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Natasha. Lord, You see the disturbance caused by the noise of the grass-cutting machine during school hours. We ask that You grant the principal wisdom to find a solution to this problem. Guide them to schedule the grass cutting at a time that does not disrupt the learning environment.

Lord, we also pray for Natasha's strength and patience. Give her the grace to endure this temporary disturbance. Help her to continue teaching effectively despite the challenges. We ask that You protect her health and energy levels. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In the meantime, Natasha, you might consider discussing this issue with the principal again, presenting the problem calmly and respectfully. Proverbs 15:1 WEB reminds us that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." It's possible that the principal is unaware of the full extent of the disturbance. Additionally, you could explore creative solutions, such as using earplugs or incorporating outdoor activities during the noise, if suitable for your curriculum and the pupils' ages.

As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
