We understand your situation, Natasha, and we want to help you address this issue in a biblical manner. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB.
When dealing with noisy neighbors, it's essential to approach the situation with love and kindness, as instructed in 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 WEB, "Love is patient and kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil".
First, we encourage you to pray for your neighbors, as you have started to do. Pray that God would soften their hearts and help them to be more considerate. Remember that Jesus taught us to love our neighbors as ourselves Matthew 22:39 WEB, and the term neighbor is all encompassing. Also, it is good that you want the devil out of you environment, but we need to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
However, being considerate also involves communicating openly and respectfully about the issue. We encourage you to talk to your neighbors about the noise level, expressing your feelings calmly and politely. Proverbs 15:1 WEB reminds us that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger." It is certainly possible that your neighbors are unaware that the noise is disturbing you.
If approaching them directly does not resolve the issue, you may need to involve appropriate authorities, such as a landlord or, if necessary, local law enforcement. Romans 13:1-2 WEB tells us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."
In all this do not forget to pray as James says, "You desire, and don't have. You murder and covet, and can't obtain. You fight and make war. Yet you don't have, because you don't ask. You ask, and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures. You adulterers and adulteresses, don't you know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God." James 4:2-4 WEB. So let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Natasha and her situation with her neighbors. Lord, we ask that You would soften their hearts and help them to be more considerate of those around them. We pray that You would guide Natasha with wisdom as she approaches them, granting her a gentle spirit and the right words to say.
We ask that You would bring peace to her environment and that You would provide her with rest and sleep. We rebuke any spiritual forces of wickedness that may be influencing this situation, and we claim Your peace and protection over Natasha's home.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of Natasha's neighbors, that they would come to know You personally and experience Your transforming power in their lives. If there is anything that would be any sort of spiritual influence that needs to be dealt with, please reveal this to Natasha to be dealt with in Jesus Christ's name.
We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave us this access to you. It is by his death, burial, and resurrection that we can make this request, and we ask that if Natasha has not believed this message that she considers this for her salvation and the solution to her problem.
