Noise again under my window

Please pray that those people under my window will quickly finish all cleaning and taking trash and food leftovers away from their garages. Yesterday they made noise whole day in this very acoustique area under my window and today Sunday - again.
Lord please protect me from evil men who don't care about peace and wellbeing of other people in the building on Sunday in Jesus name. Lord please warn and rebuke them through someone in Jesus name. Yesterday had the representative of tenants of their building part pierced balloons with the knife. So they really don't care at all. It was a wedding and I don't know how do they got their permission for the thing like that. Maybe they didn't even ask for it. I have asked them about it and they didn't answer at all. Unbelievable. Lord please lead me what to do and pray to protect my peace and peace of other tenants in Jesus name!!! And let them not talk unnecessary and loud under my window. ### of them. I already had problems with the representative of tenants and his wife. They were constantly cleaning their car under my window with the vacuum cleaner and had loud conversations the 3 of them in the hours of afternoon rest. Every afternoon some kind of works in front of their garages....lord please do something because the police reacts only when someone is very very loud....
