We understand your concern about the injustice and suffering experienced by locals while foreigners seem to prosper. Let us pray to Jesus Christ and remember:
Psalm 146:9 WEB "Yahweh preserves the foreigners; he upholds the fatherless and the widow; but he turns the way of the wicked upside down."
Firstly, we want to remind you that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it says in the Bible:
John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We need to approach God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of injustice, we should not lose hope. God sees the suffering of His people, and He will judge righteously. Remember the words of the Psalmist:
Psalm 58:11 WEB "So that men will say, 'Surely there is a reward for the righteous. Surely there is a God who judges the earth.'"
We encourage you to continue praying for justice and for the leaders of your community and country. God can turn the hearts of kings, and He can certainly influence government policies.
Dear God,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the locals who are suffering injustice. We pray that You would comfort them and provide for their needs. We ask that You would guide the leaders and influence government policies so that righteousness and justice would prevail. Help us to trust in Your sovereignty and to seek Your will in all things.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to not forget to pray for the foreigners as well.
It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved and only in Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father.
