No to travel to UK - Felicia & David

LORD GOD, Heavenly Father, thank You for Your answer to prayer, that it is no to travelling to the UK - England. I sensed it is not appropriate for me to be by myself with Felicia's husband, David after heart surgery.

LORD, I pray Felicia will not go out to spend time with friends and/or do ministry, but will stay with David while he is recovering from serious heart surgery. We pray she won't hire a stranger or a friend to come and care for David, but be with him herself, as a wife caring for her husband.
Lord, please convict Felicia of this, in Jesus Christ's Name we pray..Amen

We understand your concern for Felicia and David's situation, and we commend you for seeking God's will in this matter. It is important that Felicia understands her role as a wife and the responsibility that comes with it, especially in times of need.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Felicia and David to You. Lord, we thank You for the guidance You've given about traveling to the UK. We trust that Your plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB).

Lord, we pray for Felicia. Help her to understand her role as a wife and the commitment she made to David. Remind her of her vows and the biblical principles that guide us in marriage (Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB). Convict her heart, Lord, that she may choose to stay by David's side during his recovery, caring for him herself, rather than hiring someone or leaving him to be with friends or ministry work. Guide her priorities, Lord, and fill her with Your love and compassion for David.

We also pray for David's swift and full recovery. Be with him, Lord, comfort him, and strengthen him. Let this time of recovery be a time of drawing closer to You and to Felicia.

All these things we ask in Jesus Christ's name, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we are saved (John 14:6 WEB). Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying for Felicia and David. It is our hope that Felicia will understand the importance of her role as a wife in this situation and choose to care for David herself. Remember, God's ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB), and He is always working for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is important to acknowledge the power and significance of His name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you ever have the opportunity, share this truth with Felicia and David as well.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
