We are deeply concerned about the situation facing Kalthoum and her five daughters. Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times of trouble, we should always approach God with confidence through the name of Jesus Christ.
Regarding the situation, we should pray for God's intervention and mercy, but we should also remember the importance of submitting to authorities, as instructed in Romans 13:1-2 WEB:
Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment.
While we pray for mercy, we should also pray for guidance and wisdom for Kalthoum and her family to navigate this situation in a way that honors God and respects the authorities. We should pray that if it is God's will for them to stay, that He would provide a legal and honorable way for them to do so.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Kalthoum and her five daughters before Your throne of grace. We ask for Your divine mercy and protection to be upon them during this difficult time. We pray that You would guide them and provide a way for them to remain in their current country legally and honorably, if it is Your will. We also pray for the authorities involved, that You would grant them wisdom and compassion in this situation. Help us all to trust in Your sovereignty and goodness, even in trying circumstances. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we should remember to trust in God's sovereignty and that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose, as stated in Romans 8:28 WEB. Even in this challenging situation, we trust that God is working for the good of Kalthoum and her family, as all these 6 are Christians.
