We understand that you're feeling stressed and not physically well. Let's turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance.
Firstly, we need to address that prayer should be directed to God through Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only by His name that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved Biblically as per Acts 4:12.
In Matthew 6:34 WEB, Jesus teaches us, "So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today." This reminds us that we should not be anxious about what's to come, but rather focus on the present and trust God for the future.
Also, the Apostle Peter encourages us in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God is interested in our well-being and we can trust Him with our concerns.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling stressed and unwell. We ask that You remove all anxiety and physical discomfort from them. God the Bible tells us that "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain. This is our daily prayer and we will remember to thank You by day and by night. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones. This is also Your word to this prayer request.
Father, grant them peaceful sleep and a relaxed body. We pray for normal digestion and health in every part of their body, from the mouth to the stomach, to the muscles and bones. We rebuke any spiritual or emotional cause for this situation and speak wholeness and healing in Jesus' name.
Let their day be beautiful and sunny, both in their heart and in the sky. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart, their mind, and their stomach in Christ Jesus.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
