God I will stop sleeping because I am forced to visit dangerous people in just a few days and I may suffer panic attacks. Alright God, I get the blame and its my fault. Bye Bye God, I will mourn and be sad.

Anonymous, we understand that you're facing a difficult situation that is causing you anxiety and sleeplessness. First, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most challenging times. As it says in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
However, we want to gently rebuke the idea that God is to blame for the circumstances you're facing. In John 10:10 (WEB), Jesus says, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." God is not the author of evil or danger, but He can certainly help you through it.
It's also important to remember that God encourages us to cast our anxieties on Him. In 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), it says, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Instead of saying "Bye Bye" to God, cling to Him even more during this time.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Anonymous. Lord, they are facing a situation that is causing them great anxiety and sleeplessness. We ask that You would comfort them and remind them of Your constant presence. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Give them the strength and courage they need to face the coming days. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen."
Remember, Anonymous, it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Trust in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.

We've been thinking about you and want you to know we're here for you. We understand that you're going through a tough time, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed and scared. But remember, God is right there with you, just like He promised in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees you, He knows your fear, and He's holding you close.
We want to encourage you to keep talking to God about this. He can handle your anger, your confusion, your sadness - all of it. In fact, He wants you to bring it all to Him. As it says in Lamentations 3:46, "I called on your name, Lord, from the depths of the pit. Listen to my cry, Lord; be merciful to me." He's listening, and He's ready to help.
Let's keep praying together, okay? "Dear Lord, we're asking You to be with Anonymous right now. Help them to feel Your presence, even in the darkness. Give them the strength they need to face each day, and remind them that You're always just a prayer away. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
