Beloved of All
No pain in muscles. Exercising consequences.

No pain or unease in my leggs or stomach, intestimes/diggestion - no gastritis.

Good sweet sleep.

Izs 30 min after midnight. I hear my neighbours. They just started with loud talking. Probably came from the outside...lord protect me from their wrong way of living and wrong sleeping habits and lack of sensitivity for other neighbours (for years).

In Jesus Name, we pray for Natasha2 that she would be free from any pain in her muscles and that she would experience no negative consequences from exercising. We pray that she would have good, sweet sleep and that her digestion and stomach would be healthy and free from gastritis. Amen.

No pain in my muscles, bones, stomach, body, back, leggs
No pain in my muscles, bones or anywhere else. Inside of a stomach and abdomen muscles, back, leggs, hipps muscles... (Exercising and gastritis consequences) No feeling of hardened stomach or feeling that i cannot breathe in fully.
