No pain in muscles. Exercising consequences.

No pain or unease in my leggs or stomach, intestimes/diggestion - no gastritis.

Good sweet sleep.

Izs 30 min after midnight. I hear my neighbours. They just started with loud talking. Probably came from the outside...lord protect me from their wrong way of living and wrong sleeping habits and lack of sensitivity for other neighbours (for years).
