No noise in the room right next to my classroom.

Lord please let my colleague and her pupils be quiet and not disturbing my classes because they are in the room that is connected to my room only with door who has ### cm space from the floor and I can hear everything. She begged me to come in this little room to do something with her pupils but she is already making noise with very loud paper for drawing.

While we empathize with your situation, ###, it is essential to approach this situation seeking to be a blessing to others, both to your colleague and her pupils. The Lord Jesus told us the second greatest commandment was to love our neighbor as ourselves. Your colleague and her pupils are literally your neighbors.

Let us remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 2:3-4 WEB, "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."

It is important to pray for peace and understanding in this situation and to pray for your colleague and her pupils, not against her. They are not your enemy but your neighbors. Also, consider praying that you can instruct your students in such a manner that background noise does not distract. The apostle Paul endured many hardships including shipwrecks, beatings, and imprisonment, but he was able to do much for the Lord. Jesus endured the cross and the shame of the cross for the honor that came later. Your trial is much smaller than either Jesus or Paul and they were able to accomplish their tasks despite much more difficult challenges.

In this case, it is appropriate to pray that you make the best of this situation for yourself. Let us pray together.

Lord Jesus,

We come before you, lifting up our sister in Christ and her situation. We ask that you would help her to focus on her teaching despite any distractions.

We pray for her colleague and the pupils in the neighboring room, that they may work quietly and considerately. We pray that they would be blessed by your Holy Spirit, Lord Jesus, and that even possibly, ### may be a blessing to them as well.

Help ### to approach this situation with a heart of love and understanding, seeking to be a blessing to her colleague and her pupils as well as her students.

We pray for the students as well that they may be attentive and willing to learn.
