Dear All My daughter ### is finding very hard to get through to her immediate supervisor ###. Her supervisor is always busy with her gossiping friends who never get the work done. My daughter ending up doing all of their work and they take the credit. Another person who offered a place to another job, haven’t given any contract yet, in writing. At the same time, Her section director promoted some new person, because he likes that person. He wants people who are his type. I’m not sure what is all of this. Maybe I am an old fashioned person who believes in GOD. Section director is away for his holidays by the end of the week. He never appreciated my daughter’s work openly. But whoever his close companions, he openly praise them. My daughter showed me how he praised someone in writing, who started work for him a few weeks ago, and he promoted her yesterday. Frustrated and upset, my daughter is home and told me about the situation. Need more prayers to get the offer in writing and get through the process. Please keep praying in Jesus name and we thank you all in Jesus name. Please forgive me if I am not making any sense. Because I am not hundred percent well today and mostly I am very tired in the afternoon. Will keep you all updated about my daughter’s work situation. Thank you in Jesus name. Amen

Let us come together in the name of Jesus, the desire of our hearts and seek the Lord on behalf of ### and her family. We are clearly reminded that we are to do all things without murmurings and disputings that we may be blameless and harmless and shine as lights in the world Philippians 2:14-15 WEB. God is aware of ###'s challenges and struggles in her workplace.

The workplace, like the rest of the world, is filled with injustices and frustrations. But let's have in mind that whatever we do, we do it for the Lord not human masters. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB says 'Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ'. We should be content and perform our tasks as though we are doing them for the Lord not human taskmasters. Our efforts and services are to the Lord not humanity.

###'s supervisor's treatment of ### is selfish and manipulative, living in rebellion to God by sinfully playing favorites. Romans 2:8 WEB says 'but to those who are self-seeking, and don't obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath and indignation' Let's keep in mind that what individuals mean for discomfort will be used by God for good according to Romans 8:28 WEB 'and we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called'. These abuses by the supervisor towards ### will not be in vain. Perhaps the Lord may be providing a means for ### to depend on Jesus more and grow in her Christian walk. God certainly takes notice of irreverent acts and His justice will prevail.

The other offer should be considered with prayer and discernment. Where God guides, he provides.

Prayer:

Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You, lifting up ### and her family before Your throne of grace. God, You know the injustices ### is facing in her workplace, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Help her to continue working as she is doing it for You. Give her grace and strength to endure the mistreatment and favoritism happening in her workplace. Help ### in her decision to seek new employment without a contract. We ask that if it is your will she gets this employment, agreements and contracts will be executed. God keep ### encouraged and uplifted through your Holy Spirit to not feel overwhelmed by her workload. Your will be done.

Father, You know the hearts of all individuals, and You see the injustices happening in ###'s workplace. We ask that You soften the hearts of ###'s supervisors and section director. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn from their sinful behavior. God intervene in your way.

God through your lovingkindness, restore, strengthen, and help ### through this trial. Give her peace and reassurance through your Holy Spirit.

We thank you, Father, for your faithfulness and goodness. We ask all these things in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
