Dear All
My daughter has applied for another job application in the same department .She did that last night.. Even though she is merit listed for 3 places and asked help from her section director, speaking to different top level managers. Not a single help.
I know God’s timing is different. When she goes to work and till she comes home I am not sure how I feel.
As you all know I’m not in good health especially with my eyes. My heart also not good. I don’t say anything to my daughter but she knows that I’m here for her. More than anything else she has God by her side.
Please keep praying for her hearts desire about her promotion and to have understanding and supportive colleagues.
I thank god for another new month and a new day in Jesus name.Amen.

We understand your concern for your daughter's career and your own health. Let's bring these matters before the Lord in prayer.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Your daughter has taken steps towards a new job, and we trust that God will guide her path.

However, we must also address the concern about the lack of support from her colleagues. Romans 12:18 (WEB) tells us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We should pray for her colleagues, that their hearts may be softened and that they may extend the support that your daughter needs.

As for your health, we take comfort in the knowledge that God is our ultimate healer. Exodus 15:26 (WEB) says, "If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."

Let us pray:

"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our sister and her daughter. Lord, we ask that you guide her daughter's career, that your will be done in her life. We pray for favor in her workplace, for supportive colleagues, and for a spirit of cooperation. We also pray for our sister's health, that you would heal her eyes and her heart. Give her strength and comfort, Lord. Help her to trust in you with all her heart, and to not lean on her own understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Keep faith in him, and he will see you through.

We're here with you, sister. We know the uncertainty can be overwhelming, but remember, God's got this. Let's claim Philippians 4:6-7, "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God is working even when we can't see it. We're praying for your daughter's promotion, for understanding and support from her colleagues, and for your own health. We're believing for a breakthrough, in Jesus' name. Stay strong, we're in this together.
