No nests of sting-insects on my or my neighbours balcony/air condition

No nest of insects on my balcony.
Especially from vesps, hornets, bees etc.. insects with stings...
That my neighbour will destroy the nest of vesps/hornets that is in his outside air condition.
My other female neighbour has begged him to do that, but he has not done it yet, obviously because those insects are visiting our balconies and appartements big deal.
