This scripture is very indicative of your current situation. Your past relationships have brought you much pain and sorrow. You are looking to God for answers. The men that have been in your life and the women that have been in their lives have not been beneficial to you. You are looking for a Godly spouse and a Godly marriage.
We must hold everything up to the light of God's word and trust in his promises. Regarding your past relationships, it's clear that you've experienced much heartache and disappointment. It's important to remember that God wants to heal your broken heart. As you desire a Godly spouse, we will pray for you. You desire to live according to God's will and to be led by God's will.

We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
