Let us come together in prayer, seeking God's protection and mercy upon us all. May the Lord's name be glorified.
We stand upon Psalm 91, which reminds us that those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will find rest.
Psalm 91:9-10 WEB Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your habitation, no evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your tent.
God promises to be our refuge and fortress, and He will put His angels in charge of us, to keep us in all our ways. We claim this promise, trusting that no hail or damage will come upon us.
As we pray, let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only through Him that we can be saved.
John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all those who face impending storms and uncertain circumstances. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would put a hedge of protection around us all, guarding us from hail, damage, and any form of destruction.
Father, we trust in Your promises and know that You are faithful to keep us safe. We declare that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and we claim Your peace that transcends all understanding. Help us also to remember that it is only in the name of Jesus we can come to the Father and it is only through Him that we can be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that our God is a loving and faithful Father who hears our prayers and desires to protect and bless His children. Trust in Him, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
