No falling out of hair; strong, thick, dense hair

No unhealthy or unnecessary falling out of hair.
Healthy strong thick and dense hair like it used to be not long ago.
Pray if i should take vitamin B supplements or something else and which company.
Because i also need regenaration of nails and skin.
