We understand that you're seeking peace and a good night's sleep after experiencing confusion from the words of someone close to you. Let us first assure you that God is near, and He understands your situation. In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved brother/sister who seeks a peaceful night's rest. Lord, You know the confusion they've faced and the words that have troubled their heart. We ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind tonight. Help them to rest in Your love and the knowledge that You are always with them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). It is important to fix your thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). Trust that God will provide clarity and resolve any confusion.
Additionally, ensure that the relationships you maintain are rooted in God's principles. If the confusing words are from someone you're in a relationship with, consider whether this relationship aligns with God's will. If not, it might be a source of continual distress. Seek God's guidance in all your relationships, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:6).
Lastly, be comforted by the words of Psalm 121:4 (WEB), "Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." God watches over you continually, and you can rest assured in His love and care.
Let us pray together:

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
