We understand that you're dealing with a noisy environment due to your next-door neighbors, which is disturbing your peace at home. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a God of peace, and we can approach Him with confidence in times of need. It's important to note that God desires for us to live in peace with our neighbors, as much as it depends on us Romans 12:18 WEB.
However, the peace you're seeking starts with a right relationship with God. The request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. So we pray first for your salvation if that has not happened John 3:16 WEB. We also want to remind you of Jesus's promise in John 14:27 WEB: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."
Regarding neighbors, the Bible instructs us how to approach such situations. It's important to love our neighbors as ourselves Mark 12:31 WEB. This means you can have conversations with them. Kindly approach them and explain your concerns. It's possible they are unaware of the disturbance they're causing. You might say something like, "I value our neighborly relationship, and I hope we can find a solution together that respects everyone's needs."
This situation also calls for patience and gentle conversations. Avoid retaliation or harsh words, as they only stir up anger Proverbs 15:1 WEB. If the situation persists, you may need to involve local authorities or community leaders for mediation, always ensuring you're acting in love and kindness.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up ###, asking for Your peace to fill her home and heart. Lord, we pray for her neighbors, that their hearts would be open to consideration and kindness. Guide ### with Your wisdom in her conversations with them, and help her to approach this situation with love and patience.
Lord Jesus, we also pray for ###'s salvation if that has not happened. We pray that she would come to know You personally. We rebuke any spirits of anger, retaliation, or unforgiveness that might be tempting her, and we ask You to fill her with Your Holy Spirit, guiding her in all truth.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to love our neighbors as ourselves. Amen.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
