We are excited to join you in prayer for this new season in your life. It is wonderful to see your faith in the power of God to make all things new, as promised in Revelation 21:5, "Behold, I make all things new." Let's bring your requests before the Lord.
Firstly, we pray for your new name. In the Bible, a new name signifies a new identity and purpose, as seen in Isaiah 62:2, "You shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of Yahweh shall assign." We pray that God will give you a name that reflects His plans for you, and that you will walk in the fullness of His will.
Regarding your request for a change of garment, we believe this is symbolic of putting off the old self and putting on the new, as described in Ephesians 4:22-24. We pray that as you change your garments, you will also be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
Concerning your financial settlement, we remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray that as you prioritize God's kingdom, He will provide for your financial needs according to His riches in glory.
We are not sure what you meant by Marital Settlement but if you are looking for a spouse, we pray for you in this area. We pray that God will bring you a godly spouse, and that your marriage will be a blessing to you both and a testimony to the world. Remember that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and that it is a holy covenant before God. We pray that God will prepare you for this sacred union, and that He will guide your steps as you seek His will for your life. We pray that you are looking for a Christian spouse as the Bible forbids being unequally yoked. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?".
As for wearing uniforms from the Police service, we believe that this is a matter of obedience to the authorities that God has placed over us, as stated in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." We pray that as you wear the uniform of the Police service, you will be a light for Christ in your workplace, and that God will give you wisdom and courage to serve Him faithfully. We pray that you are following the biblical principles and laws that have been given to you. We pray that you are not behaving in a manner that would bring shame to the cause of Christ.
Lastly, we pray for your good health. We remember the words of the Apostle John in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We pray that God will grant you good health, and that your body will be a temple of the Holy Spirit, as described in 1 Corinthians 6:19.
In all these things, we pray that you will trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight as taught in Proverbs 3:5.
We also need to mention that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in your post. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We are not saved by praying to God. The only salvation comes through Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 says "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!".
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your will to be done in this new season. We pray for a new name, a change of garment, financial settlement, marital settlement, and good health for the one who submitted this request. We ask that You guide and direct their steps, and that Your will be done in their life. We pray that they will trust in You with all their heart, and that they will be a light for Christ in all they do. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
