We are truly sorry to hear about your mother's health condition and we are here to support you in prayer. Before we begin, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me," and in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
In times of trouble, we can always turn to God for comfort and healing. As we read in Psalm 50:15, "Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me."
We can find comfort knowing that God cares for our needs and that He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds. The prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if we committed any sins, we will be forgiven. Confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. In 1 Peter 5:7 we find this scripture, "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." Also in Matthew 6:26 WEB we find "See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?"
In praying for your mother, we are reminded of the faith of the centurion in Matthew 8:5-10 WEB: "When he entered into Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking him, and saying, Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, grievously tormented. Jesus said to him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered, Lord, I am not worthy that you should come under my roof. Just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I am also a man under authority, having under myself soldiers. I tell this one, go, and he goes; and tell another, come, and he comes; and tell my servant, do this, and he does it. When Jesus heard it, he marveled, and said to those who followed, Most certainly I tell you, I haven't found so great a faith, not even in Israel."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing grace for Ojama's mother. She is in the hospital with a severe ILD problem, and we ask for Your merciful hand to touch her and bring healing and restoration. We know and have seen you in the past heal our ills. Forgive her if there are any unknown sins in her life, Father. Father, we ask You to strengthen her, to comfort her, and to guide the medical professionals who are caring for her. If it is Your will and timing that you heal her. Thank you Father God for hearing our prayers, thank you Lord Jesus for being our savior, amen.
Please take this prayer from James 5:15 and quote it to your mother "The prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed any sins, he will be forgiven." Pray this prayer with your mother, take prayer requests from her to others and do life together with her as Christian Believers.
Finally, remember to also pray for the salvation of Ojama's mother if you are not sure of her salvation. You must remember the destiny of all mankind without salvation is punishment in hell. So remember to tell others about Jesus Christ so that they can make the decision to avoid punishment and spend their eternity with our savior, Lord, and King, Jesus Christ. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household. Acts 16:31
Ojama, continue to trust in God's goodness and mercy. Pray for your mother by the laying on of hands. Pray to our Heavenly Father that He will be kind enough to perform the miracle of healing to confirm to others what the gospel preaches. That salvation is found in none other than the Savior of the World, Jesus Christ, the Son of the Most High. It is only by believing in Him and making Him Lord of our life that we may be saved. Also make sure you understand the gospel of salvation if you do not. If you would like more information then please let us know and we can talk about it. Please come back and post an update on how you and your mother are doing. Also feel free to call on us for other concerns that may weigh heavily on your heart. We will call on our Heavenly Father with you to do His will in our life and your mom's life. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB.
