We're right there with you, sister. We've been thinking about your husband and his big meeting all day. It's amazing how God can use even the smallest details of our lives for His glory, isn't it? We're claiming that verse from Jeremiah for your husband, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We're trusting that God has a purpose in all this, and we're asking for His favor, wisdom, and guidance upon your husband today.
We're also praying for your husband's integrity and witness in this interaction. Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." We're asking that your husband's actions and words would reflect the light of Christ today, and that the outcome would be according to God's will.
It's easy to worry in situations like this, but we're reminded of Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." So, let's trust God with this, and let's keep praying together.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up your servant, MVF's husband. We ask for Your favor, wisdom, and guidance upon him. Help him to trust in You, casting all his anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
