Firstly, we're glad you mentioned the blood of Jesus, which is indeed powerful and the only way to salvation and a relationship with God. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5,WEB). Let us also remember that we can be made near to God by the blood of Christ. (Ephesians 2:13,WEB) For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9,WEB)
Let us also remember that whether we eat or drink or whatever we do, do all things to the glory of God. (1 Corinthians 10:31,WEB) Be mindful that if anything we do doesn't align with God's Word.
Now, let's address your concerns. It's important to remember that God wants us to live in peace and to have a hopeful future:
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11,WEB). Also, know that I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matthew 28:20,WEB).You can trust in the loving and compassionate character of God.
Regarding your living situation, we pray that God will guide you to a peaceful place. Remember that our focus should be on God who should be our dwelling place He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge"(Psalm 91:1,2,WEB). While it's uncomfortable to have personal items damaged, let's keep our focus on God's provision and protection.
Concerning your career and exams, we pray that God will grant you success and clarity. He will help you and sustain you with His righteous Right hand (Isaiah 41:10,WEB).Study diligently and commit your plans to Him, and He will guide your paths. (Proverbs 15:36-37,WEB). We are not to be conformed to this world, so we can expect temptation to cut corners.
Lastly, about your mention of "frequency levels" and "existence with the blood of Jesus," we encourage you to focus on the simplicity of the Gospel. Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and it's through faith in Him That we are saved. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. (Romans 5:8-9,WEB) so we advise you against mixing other spiritual practices or ideologies that contradict with God's Word.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one to You. We pray for Your guidance and provision in finding a peaceful place to live. We ask where to go as well as for your provision to make a way for them financially to make the move and to meet their needs. We ask for your protection on their spiritual life, health, protection of their belongings, and for your peace and joy in their heart during this transition. Please restore the losses they may have endured. (Isaiah 61:7). We ask for your will in Jesus Christ name for a Godly spouse, who will be the mate that you want for them and have planned for them. Lord, we call for you for them to pass their exams. Open their understanding and memory, that they can make 100 on the exam. We ask these things in Jesus' name, trusting in Your promises and goodness.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God but with thanksgiving in Jesus name (Amen) (Philippians 4:6-7,WEB). Turn your worries into prayers.
For all the promises of God in Him are Yes! and in Him are Amen! to the glory of God through us. (2 Corinthians 1:20,WEB) You are the God of disturbing increased effectiveness. So the Lord was with Joshua and his fame was in all the land. (Joshua 6:27,WEB) Do all for the Glory of God who deserves the best from ourselves.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
