I've accepted Jesus as my personal lord and saviour a long time ago, It just didn't cross my mind to add itWe understand your desire for a new phone as you prepare to return to school, but we want to remind you of the principles of faith and contentment that God teaches us in his Word. The Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:11-13 (WEB), "Not that I speak from lack, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
While we can pray for God's provision, it's important to align our desires with His will and to be content with what we have. God may have different plans and timing for you. Also, it's crucial to remember that our prayers should be focused on God's glory and not just our personal wishes.
Let's pray together: "Father, thank You for Anonymous's upcoming school year. We ask that You provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. If it is Your will, please provide a new phone for them. But more importantly, give them a heart of contentment and faith, knowing that Your plan is always perfect. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen."
We also notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It's essential to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to rely on Jesus' name in your prayers and in your life. May God bless you and guide you as you prepare for your new school year.
