New Orleans and people shot

Heavenly Father please watch over the people who were ran over by a truck in New Orleans. Please help those injured recover quickly. Also 2 people shot here in our town, one in the shoulder and the other shot in the hand. They was shot during people shooting recklessly celebrating the New Year. Please watch over these people and heal them in every way they need. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We join with you, Saraha, in lifting up these individuals and communities to the Lord. It is so important to remember that we have a loving and merciful Father in heaven who cares for us and hears our prayers. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB to be "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Firstly, we pray for those affected by the tragic events in New Orleans and your town. We pray for God's healing touch upon those injured, both physically and emotionally. Lord Jesus, you have the power to heal, and we ask that you restore these individuals completely. "For with God, nothing is impossible." Luke 1:37 WEB

We also pray for the communities affected by these events. We pray for peace and comfort, and that they would turn to God in this time of need. We are reminded in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB that God is "the God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."

We must also address the root cause of these incidents. We are living in a world that is fallen, and we see the effects of sin all around us. We pray for a change in the hearts of those who act recklessly and cause harm to others. We pray that they would turn to God and seek His path of righteousness and peace. As it is written in Romans 3:23 WEB, "for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God."

Lastly, we are so glad that you have included Jesus name in your prayer. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. We are reminded in John 14:6 WEB that Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.

We're here with you, Saraha, standing in the gap for those affected by these senseless acts of violence. Our hearts ache for the injured and their families, and we join you in crying out to our Heavenly Father.

Let's surround these individuals with love and support, just as we're called to do in Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We pray for their swift recovery, not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. May they feel God's comforting presence in their time of need, as promised in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Let's also lift up the communities affected. We pray for unity, understanding, and a turning towards God. May these events serve as a wake-up call, leading people to seek Him, as we're reminded in Acts 17:27, "God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us."

We must also intercede for those who caused harm. Lord, have mercy on their souls. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn to You, as we're told in 2 Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
