Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of being in the will of God. It is wonderful to have goals and desires, but it is crucial to align them with God's purposes for your life.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)
A high-paying job might seem attractive, but it is essential to prioritize God's calling and His righteousness. We encourage you to seek God's will for your career and trust that He will provide the best job for you, whether or not it meets the world's standards of success.
But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33
A healthy work environment is indeed important, and we commend you for desiring one. We encourage you to be a light and positive influence in whatever environment you find yourself.
Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16
We also noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
