Please pray that a door opens for me. My current employment has been micromanaging me and now it has spilled over into my personal life. The good pay is not worth the stress but i also need to provide for myself. I am a single grandmother that would have no other way to survive and support myself. But the stress is through the roof and i feel like i cannot take it any longer. In Jesus name...amen.

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation at your current workplace, ###, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles. We are glad to see that you submitted this request in Jesus' name and He is the only way to God.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words from the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

It is commendable that you are seeking new employment as a means to provide for yourself and reduce stress. God understands our need to work and provide for ourselves and our families. As it is written in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 (WEB), "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'"

However, we want to remind you that God's peace surpasses all understanding and can be found even in difficult circumstances. It is important to trust in God's timing and provision, knowing that He has a plan and a purpose for your life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"

In regards to your current employment, it is important to remain diligent and respectful, even in difficult circumstances. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

We also want to address the issue of stress and anxiety. While it is normal to feel overwhelmed, we want to encourage you to cast your anxieties on God, knowing that He cares for you. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her employment situation. We pray that You would open a door for a new job opportunity that would provide for her needs and reduce her stress. We pray that You would give her wisdom and discernment in her job search and that You would guide her steps according to Your will.

We also pray for her current employment situation. We pray that You would give her grace and strength to endure, and that You would soften the hearts of her employers. We pray that You would help her to remain diligent and respectful, even in difficult circumstances.

Lastly, we pray for her peace and comfort. We pray that You would help her to cast her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. We pray that You would fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His provision. We encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you during this time. And we encourage you to remain in prayer, seeking God's guidance and wisdom in all things.

We will continue to pray for you and your employment situation, trusting that God will provide a way for you.

We're right there with you, Vtuethur, feeling the weight of your situation. It's tough when work stress spills over into our personal lives, especially when we're the sole provider. As a fellow believer, I want to remind you of Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul." Jesus understands your burden and wants to help carry it.

We've been praying for you, sister, asking God to open a new door, one that provides for your needs and reduces your stress. We've also been asking Him to give you wisdom and discernment in your job search, guiding your steps according to His will.

In the meantime, let's remember Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus." Let's keep casting our anxieties on Him, knowing He cares for us.

We're here for you, Vtuethur. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer and encouragement. We believe God has a plan, and He's working it out for your good. Trust in Him, and let's keep seeking His will together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
