We are delighted to join you in prayer as you seek a new job within your company.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God's word encourages us to approach His throne of grace with confidence, knowing that He hears our prayers. As it is written in Hebrews 4:16 WEB, Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need.
While it's wonderful to see you seeking God's blessings, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is in His name that we should pray. As Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 WEB Through Jesus only, we find salvation and access to our Heavenly Father.
Now, let us pray together for your job transition.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a new position within their company. We pray that You would guide them to the right role, one that aligns with Your will for their life and that allows them to use their gifts and talents to bring You glory.
We ask that You would open the right doors and give them favor with their superiors. We also pray for wisdom and discernment, that they would know what steps to take and how to conduct themselves throughout this process.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any anxiety or fear that may be tempting them. W
Lastly, we pray that they would trust in You, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for their life. That they would learn to see work not only as a means of livelihood but work as the Lord works serving others as Christ served us. WEB
We encourage you to meditate on the following verse: Whatever you do, work heartily, to the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
