Thank you, Amrama, for reaching out and sharing your request. We are here to pray and support you in your job search. Before we lift up your request, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and that His Word says:
"But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33 WEB).
Remember, it is important to align our desires with God's will and to trust in His timing. It's not just about getting a job, but about being in the center of God's will and trusting in Jesus to provide and sustain.
We also reminder you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. The Bible is clear that "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Furthermore, it is only in his name that we can be saved: "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
We rebuke the desire to be focused on the things of the world, and encourage you to be equallly concerned with the kingdom of God.
Praying together in Jesus' Name:
Dear Heavenly Father and LORD Jesus Christ,
We come before You, lifting up Amrama and their job search. We pray that You will give him favor with this company and that if it is Your will, they will call him tomorrow or next week. We ask that You open the right doors for their career and provide them with a job that not only meets their needs but also allows them to serve you and honour You.
Help him to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You have a good, pleasing, and perfect plan for his life. Give them peace and patience as they wait on You. Amrama desires your will, the will of the father, to be done and not their own.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Stay encouraged and remain in prayer, Amrama. Trust that God is working behind the scenes and that His plans for you are good. God understands your needs and He cares for you. Remember these verses:
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)
"Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth." (Colossians 3:2 WEB).
