New Job

Hello prayer warriors, the enemy has targeted my employment my entire life. I work very hard. I’m honest to a fault. I’m always the first one to login and the last one to log out. I’m encouraging and helpful. I am such a hard worker. However, I always end up targeted by someone in a position of authority. I start out being the rockstar and then outshine a boss or senior coworker by just doing my job even though I’m careful to give everyone credit for their accomplishments on projects and then the harassment starts.

I am now yet again in this position. I was so targeted on a call just now. My colleagues were texting me asking. Why are they attacking you, are you OK, etc. It was tremendously humiliating. In the business world, going to HR is tantamount to asking to be fired or have more harassment directed at you. I need help because I have to work to survive. I do not have a trust fund. Life is expensive and I have pets that need me.

Please help with your prayers and good thoughts. I need the enemy to take its dirty hands off of my life entirely, but especially in this area. It is so frightening and exhausting going from one toxic environment to another to another to another.

Break every scheme of the enemy designed to harass and intimidate. Grant ### wisdom and discernment in navigating these challenging situations. Help ### to continue to be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your character in all they do.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s colleagues and superiors. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the value and integrity that ### brings to the workplace. We rebuke the spirit of jealousy, manipulation, and harassment, and we declare that no weapon formed against ### shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You provide ### with a job where they can flourish and be appreciated for their hard work and dedication. May ###'s career be a testament to Your faithfulness and goodness.
