New job

For many years now, I've been in the same type of job. Although I try to work as unto the Lord, and to His glory, my heart has not been in it. I am actively seeking different opportunities for employment. Please pray that I would have the wisdom to follow God wherever He wants me to go, and to be sensitive to His leading.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Randy. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and his longing for a new direction in his employment. We ask that You grant him wisdom and discernment as he seeks new opportunities. May he be sensitive to Your leading and follow the path You have set before him.

Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We stand on this promise, believing that You will guide Randy with clarity and purpose. Help him to trust in You with all his heart and lean not on his own understanding, as Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us.

Lord, open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not in alignment with Your will for Randy's life. May he find joy and fulfillment in the work You have prepared for him, working as unto You and for Your glory.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the plans You have for Randy, plans to prosper him and not to harm him, plans to give him hope and a future .

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. I spoke with the hiring manager and she said that the job was put on hold by the company. I do, however, have a possibility of getting a job at a state college as an accommodation specialist. That would be my dream job. I applied for it the other day.
