Thank you, Hannah, for reaching out and sharing your request with us. We are here to pray with you and encourage you from the Word of God.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God in all your ways. This is a biblical principle as per Proverbs 3:6 in the WEB:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
This is a wonderful promise, and we encourage you to continue in this mindset. However, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6:
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
And in Acts 4:12:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
Therefore, we pray this for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Hannah to You. Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for her to obtain a new position, a job that is in accordance with Your will for her life. We pray that You guide her steps and make her paths clear as she continues to acknowledge You in all her ways.
Lord, we also pray that You encourage Hannah in this time. We know that unemployment can be a challenging time, but we pray that You use this season to draw her closer to You. Help her to trust in You with all her heart, and to not lean on her own understanding.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of discouragement or lostness. Lord, fill Hannah with Your peace, joy, and hope. Help her to fix her eyes on You, the author and perfecter of her faith.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that Hannah would know You more intimately through this process. That she would know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that she may be filled with all the fullness of God.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
Hannah, remember that God is faithful. He knows your needs and He cares for you. Trust in Him, and do not give up hope. We encourage you to spend time in His Word, the Bible, and in prayer. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.
