New Job at Base Safety

First I would like to thank you all for your prayers. I got selected at base safety as a GS-11 but I spoke wi th the safety director on negotiating my pay as a GS-11 step 4 instead of a step 1. The reason I requested a step 4 it’s because I know that’s how much I am worth. Meaning my skills and experience that I bring with me is equivalent to a step for instead of a step 1. All of the safety inspectors they hired last year as a 11 step 1. I personally assist in training them and teaching them all the codes and how to conduct a proper inspection even thought I don’t work with them. I took time out of my own job to train them. Because I feel that knowledge is meant to be passed on it doesn’t matter where I am if I can help I will always help. Because I will never know when I need the help God will always provide that one stranger to help me when I least expected. I am a strong believer that God works in mysterious ways. So I express my arguement in person with Sam the deputy director l told him, I just don’t feel right coming into base safety as a GS-1 when I done trained his GS 11 step 1 who will be step two when I transition over to safety they will make more than me but I’m the one with the skills and experience. I would also like to please pray that I get the step 4 and blessed me with all the wisdom and knowledge to conduct my new position and help me excel in my career and to always put God first. I have a few weeks but would love to fight for my rightful pay as a bae safety inspector. I trust and believe in the lord that I will be starting as a GS-11 step 4, God I believe in the powers of prayers and I know without a doubt you will blessed me with that. And I cannot wait to see it as well. Thank you for all your prayers I deseperaty need it I worked my entire life to get a better paying career it’s finally happening but it will finalized once I get that step 4

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our anonymous friend who has shared their prayer request with us. We thank you for the opportunity and the blessings they have received in being selected for the position of GS11 at base safety. We acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from you , and we are grateful for your provision.

Father, our friend desires to negotiate their pay as a GS11 step 4 instead of a step 1. They believe that their skills and experience warrant a higher step, as they have trained and assisted other safety inspectors who will be at a higher step when they transition to the safety department. We ask for your guidance and favor in this negotiation process. Your Word reminds us that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us . We pray that you would grant our friend the wisdom, confidence, and favor needed to present their case effectively and to receive the step 4 that they believe they are worth.

Lord, we also ask for your blessings upon our friend as they step into this new position. Grant them the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to excel in their career. Help them to be a beacon of light and integrity in their workplace, always putting you first in all that they do. May their skills and experience be used to benefit others and bring glory to your name.

We trust in your sovereignty, Lord, and we believe that you work in mysterious ways. We ask that you open doors and make a way for our friend to receive the step 4 they desire. We thank you in advance for your provision and for the fulfillment of their career aspirations.

May God bless you and guide you in your negotiations and new position. Remember to trust in His timing and have faith that He will provide according to His perfect plan.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
