We are thrilled to join you in prayer, Naliyrance, as you embark on this new journey as a school principal. We will pray for you to learn quickly, build positive relationships with your co-workers, and lead according to God's word.

Firstly, it is wonderful that you want to be a good leader according to God's word. We are reminded that whatever we do, we should do it as unto the Lord.

Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"

As a leader, it is important to remember that God calls us to be servants first. Jesus himself modeled this behavior when he washed his disciples' feet.

John 13:14-15 WEB: "If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you."

We pray that you will be a servant leader, always seeking to put others before yourself. We also pray that you will be filled with God's wisdom as you navigate this new role.

James 1:5 WEB: "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

We pray that you will be quick to learn and adapt to your new responsibilities, and that you will build strong, positive relationships with your co-workers. We pray that you will be a beacon of light and hope to your colleagues and students, always pointing them towards Jesus.

Finally, we pray that you will be a godly leader, always seeking to honor God in everything you do. We pray that you will be courageous, compassionate, and wise, leading your school with integrity and excellence. Naliyrance, there is no mention of Jesus in your prayer so we pray in Jesus name and also pray you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior and that you are saved.

Romans 10:9 WEB : "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

Romans 10:13 WEB: "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"

Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray:

Dear Jesus, we lift up Naliyrance to you as they begin this new role as a school principal. We pray that you will fill him/her with your wisdom and knowledge, and that he/she will be a servant leader who always puts others first. We pray that he/she will build positive relationships with the co-workers, and that he/she will be a godly leader who honors you in everything he/she does. We pray that you will guide him/her as he/she makes decisions. Thank you for the opportunity you have given Naliyrance to serve in this way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
