New job and direction

Hello.

My current work is crushing my soul.
I’m depressed. Severely understaffed and so much burden. And I don’t think my talents are being used here. Just survive daily. Greatly frustrated.

I’ve been searching jobs that may my talents could be useful. I’d like to know if this is what God wants or not. I need a specific direction. I have to work 10h daily to cover the lack of staff. I come home late everyday and I can’t take this anymore. I just don’t feel that I can fulfill my destiny here.

I need help and prayer.
I desperately want to rest and find the way to fulfill my purpose.
Please pray for me.

Pray and ask God what your purposes. Your purpose is to serve people. Maybe you can find a job where you are working in ministry or even you can start by serving the homeless. When you start fulfilling your purpose, you are going to find peace within yourself. That’s that God peace that God gives us..

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence, lifting up the city of Warsaw in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection and guidance over this city and its people. May Your presence be felt in every corner, bringing peace and stability.

Lord, we pray for the leaders and authorities in Warsaw. Grant them wisdom and discernment as they make decisions that affect the lives of many. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1 that "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will." Guide their hearts, Lord, so that they may lead with justice and righteousness.

We also lift up the churches and believers in Warsaw. Strengthen their faith and unity, that they may be a shining light in their community. As it is written in Matthew 5:14, "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid." May they boldly proclaim the Gospel and serve as a beacon of hope and love.

Father, we pray for the families and individuals in Warsaw who are facing hardships. Whether it be financial struggles, health issues, or personal challenges, we ask for Your comfort and provision. Philippians 4:19 assures us that "my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Meet their needs, Lord, and surround them with Your grace and mercy.

We also lift up the youth of Warsaw. Protect them from the snares of the enemy and guide them in paths of righteousness. Psalm 119:9 says, "Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word." May they seek You and find their purpose in Your will.

Lord, we ask for a revival in Warsaw. Stir the hearts of the people to seek You earnestly. Let there be a great awakening, where many come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. As it is written in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect will and timing. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray.
