My husband is a registered sex offender from ### years ago. We need to find a home that will allow for him to live there. We can't buy due to credit at the moment and the place we live could be sold soon. Please help us in prayer. Thank you!

We understand the delicate situation you're in, and we want to approach this with both compassion and biblical guidance. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a loving and forgiving God. He says in Ezekiel 33:14-16 (WEB), "Again, when I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die;’ if he turns from his sin, and does that which is lawful and right; if the wicked restore the pledge, give again that which he had taken by robbery, walks in the statutes of life, committing no injustice; he shall surely live, he shall not die. None of his sins that he has committed shall be remembered against him..." This applies to your husband's past mistakes.

However, we also want to remind you that God calls us to abide by the laws of the land, as stated in Romans 13:1-2 (WEB), "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment." This means that while we pray for a home for you, we must also respect the laws in place regarding your husband's situation.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your guidance and provision in this difficult situation. You know the struggles this family is facing, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Please open the right doors and lead them to a safe and legal home where they can live peacefully. We also pray for healing and restoration, that You would comfort them and give them peace in this time of uncertainty. We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen."

We encourage you to trust in God's plan and timing. Remember, Jesus promises us in Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Keep praying and seeking God's will in this matter.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
