Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Tjijama, who is seeking your intervention in their workplace. Lord, we thank you for blessing Tjijama with a job and for providing for their needs. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of all good things, including employment.
Father, we lift up Tjijama's request for their new boss to see and value their work. We pray that you would open the eyes of their boss to recognize the skills, dedication, and contributions that Tjijama brings to their job. May their boss treat them with respect and fairness, appreciating their efforts and acknowledging their worth.
Lord, we also bring before you the situation at Namibia Dairies. We ask that you touch the hearts of every boss and supervisor in that company. Help them to understand the importance of treating their employees with respect and fairness. We pray for a positive change in the work environment, where everyone is valued and appreciated for their hard work.
Furthermore, Father, we ask for your provision of bonuses for Tjijama and their colleagues. We recognize that bonuses are a way to acknowledge and reward employees for their dedication and commitment. Lord, we pray that you would move in the hearts of those in authority to release the bonuses that have been due since 2015. May justice and fairness prevail in this matter.
We trust in your sovereignty, Lord, and we believe that you are able to bring about positive change in Tjijama's workplace. We ask for your favor and blessings to be upon them and their colleagues. May they experience a shift in their work environment, where they are treated with respect, valued for their contributions, and duly compensated.
