New Bad Advancement In My Friend's Son's Court Case! Need Strong Intercession Asap!

For all of you that have been praying for my friend and her son and have been following the situation, a bad advancement has just showed up today that could mess things up badly.

To attempt to make a long story short: the plea deal that my friend's son decided to take has now had tons of extra conditions added on to it (on top of obstruction of justice and at least $4000 in things he must pay), including agreeing to a charge of child abandonment (which my friend's son NEVER did!) and a huge extra amount of fines as well. If he agrees to that, then he may NEVER get his son back, much less may not be able to live with his mother in her apt (which is subsidized through HUD).   The enemy is throwing HUGE curveballs at she and her son with this and it's very disheartening and frustrating!!!  When I talked to my friend (his mom) and she was telling me about it, she was freakin out and cryin, as she loves him very much (is VERY protective and loving of him) and wants him home.

Just to reiterate, if her son doesn't take the plea deal and goes through with the trial, and the jury gets hung, it will AUTOMATICALLY send him to prison for 35-40 years! For something he never did! (It was a relative that did it). Unless God steps in and vindicates him and he is acquitted. And the justice system seems to be against him (apparently under influence of Satan) and it seems satan is trying to stop him from getting done in life what God has for him by squelching him this way.

Court is this Thursday the 13th at 2:30 PM Pacific Time USA!

So please pray these things:

• That the Lord would comfort and settle the minds and hearts of my friend and her son, and help them continue to trust in Him no matter WHAT happens
  
• Again that God would give my friend's son FAVOR with the judge trying the case, as well as everyone else that is in control of the decision, and that NO one would get in arguments in or outside the courtroom on court day as emotions will run high
  
• MOST IMPORTANTLY: That if possible, the Lord would cause all of those extra bad provisions added to the plea deal to be RETRACTED (favor from God!) and that the deal would be cleaned up to what it was if not better, so that on Thursday my friend's son can still say "I take the deal!" and be released to come back to his mother!!!!!!
  
• That he can not only get out of jail but get out and be able to get his son back
  
• I don't even want to pray for beyond the plea deal, and if he doesn't take it; I am believing that God will get him released!
  

If he doesn't get out the custody thing can't and won't even happen! So.....

This will take a LOT of intercession and warfare on our part because I believe that is what we're up against and what it will take for him to get out and set free to get on with his life! So please intercede for all these things! and Please have other intercessors and friends and family you know pray for this as well!  This is crucial!!!!!
