We understand your need for a new home for you and your kids, and we join you in prayer for God's provision and guidance. We praise God for His faithfulness and we remember His promise, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19 WEB
First, we want to make it clear that we are to pray in Jesus' name. "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24 WEB
Beloved, as you pray for this apartment, ensure that you are seeking God's will and not merely your own desires. "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." James 4:3 WEB. Remember that God knows what is best for you and your children, and His plans are always for your good and His glory.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear parent and their children. Lord, You know their needs and the desires of their hearts. We pray that if this apartment is in accordance with Your will, that You would grant it to them. But if You have a better plan, we ask that You guide them to the perfect home for their family.
We pray for Your wisdom and provision in their lives. We praise You for Your promise to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Help them to trust in You and Your perfect plan for their lives.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
